Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2009 No. 673 "About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About information, informatization and information security" and about recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 134, 5/29836) the following changes:
1.1. to state Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of information resources and maintaining the State register of information resources approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"2. Non-state information resources are registered in the register on voluntary basis if other is not established by legal acts. In the specified cases non-state information resources are registered according to the procedure, established by this Provision.";
1.2. Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of information systems, uses of the state information systems and maintaining the State register of information systems approved by this resolution to state in the following edition:
"2. Non-state information systems are registered in the State register of information systems on voluntary basis if other is not established by legal acts. In the specified cases non-state information systems are registered according to the procedure, established by this Provision.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 11, 2014.
