1. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About use of energy resources" of November 17, 1996 No. 512 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1997, No. 2, Article 121; 2003, No. 10, Article 582; 2007, No. 8, Article 769; 2013, No. 11, Article 1332) in the second paragraph of part 2 words "Ministry of Industry and Energy" shall be replaced with words "Department of Energy".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry" of June 13, 1998 No. 723 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 6, madde 384; 2003, No. 10, madde 582; 2007, No. 2, No. madde 87, 6, No. madde 601, 8, madde 769; 2008, No. 8, madde 719; 2010, No. 10, madde 848; 2011, No. 4, madde 290; 2012, No. 10, madde 953; 2013, No. 11, of madde 1334) in the fourth, the fifth, seventh, eighth (in both cases) paragraphs of part 2 words "Ministry of Industry and Energy" shall be replaced with words "Department of Energy".

In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power" of February 1, 1999 No. 85 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 2, Article 69; 2003, No. 10, Article 582; 2007, No. 6, Article 601, No. 8, Article 769; 2010, No. 10, Article 857) in third (in both cases), the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth paragraphs of part 2 words "Ministry of Industry and Energy" shall be replaced with words "Department of Energy".
