Document forms, confirming accreditation of representative office of foreign credit institution by the Bank of Russia and personal accreditation of the foreign citizen, procedure by the Bank of Russia of control of activities of representative office of foreign credit institution are established by the Bank of Russia.
The Bank of Russia has the right to render assistance in case of document creation for entrance on the territory of the Russian Federation and stay in the procedure established by it in the territory of the Russian Federation of the foreign citizens who are employees of representative offices of foreign credit institutions, members of their families.".
