About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About religious liberty and the religious organizations"

"The ministry адалат Turkmenistan according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan, represents to authorized state body on counteraction of legalization of income gained in the criminal way and financing of terrorism of the data on projects and programs of the free foreign technical, financial, humanitarian assistance and grants if their amount exceeds the size of the determined sum or is not characteristic of activities of the religious organization receiving this help.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
