About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2012 No. 622 "About approval of the list of types of the salary and (or) other income from which advance payment of maintenance on content of minor children is made"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2012 No. 622 "About approval of the list of types of the salary and (or) other income from which advance payment of maintenance on content of minor children" (by SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 50, the Art. 667) the following changes and amendments is made:

in the list of types of the salary and (or) other income from which advance payment of maintenance on content of minor children is made, approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 1 with the subitem 15) of the following content:

"15) from the benefits for improvement paid to workers by provision of paid annual labor leave.";

in Item 2:

5) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"5) from all types of monetary compensations, except for the immediate compensation paid in case of receipt of mutilation by it, compensation payments for work in harmful or extreme conditions and also the sum of money paid to victims of ecological impact in case of mitigation of consequences of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature;";

add with the subitem 7) of the following content:

"7) from benefits for improvement by provision of paid annual labor leave.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
