Violation stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities of terms of placement in unified information system in the field of purchases of information on purchase of goods, works, services which placement is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of the legal entities, except as specified, provided by part 6 of this Article, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from two thousand to five thousand rubles; on legal entities - from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles.

5. Non-stationing in unified information system in the field of purchases of information on purchase of goods, works, services which placement is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.

6. Violation of the changes established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities of terms of placement in unified information system in the field of purchases made to the legal acts regulating the rules of purchase of goods, works, services by the customer approved taking into account provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on legal entities - from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles.

7. Non-compliance stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities of requirements to contents of notices on purchase of goods, works, services and (or) documentation on purchase of goods, works, services -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from two thousand to three thousand rubles; on legal entities - from five thousand to ten thousand rubles.

8. Presentation of requirements to participants of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, to the purchased goods, works, services and (or) to terms of the contract or assessment and (or) comparison of applications for participation in purchase by criteria and according to the procedure which are not specified in documentation on purchase of goods, works, services, -

attract imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from two thousand to three thousand rubles; on legal entities - from five thousand to ten thousand rubles.";

4) in Article 19.5:

a) in paragraph one of part 7 of the word "the body specified in part 7.1 of this Article" shall be replaced with words "the bodies specified in parts 7.1 and 7.2 of this Article";

b) add with part 7.2 following of content:

"7.2. Failure to carry out at the scheduled time of the legal decision or the instruction of the federal executive body authorized on control in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, or its territorial authority about elimination of violations of the law of the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.";

To add 5) with Article 19.7.2-1 of the following content:

"Article 19.7.2-1. Non-presentation of information or representation of obviously unreliable information in the body authorized on control in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities

2. Has the right consider cases on administrative offenses on behalf of the bodies specified regarding 1 this Article:

1) the head of the federal executive body authorized on control in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, his deputies;

2) heads of structural divisions of the federal executive body authorized on control in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, their deputies;

3) heads of territorial authorities of the federal executive body authorized on control in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, their deputies.";

Part 2 of Article 28.3 to add 9) with Item 62.1 of the following content:

"62. 1) officials of the federal executive body authorized on control in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, its territorial authorities - about the administrative offenses provided by part 2 of Article 7.32.3 of this Code;";
