About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About conscription and military service"

 I. Bring in article 49 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About conscription and military service", accepted on September 25, 2010 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, No. 3, Art. 58; 2011, No. 4, Art. 78; 2012, No. 1, Art. 44, No. 4, Art. 113), following change and amendment:

"6. The military cadets of the highest military educational institutions discharged from military service owing to recognition by the military-medical (medical) commission not suitable for military service in connection with organizational and regular actions, and also on other bases equated to them, have the right to continuation of study in institutions of higher professional education of Turkmenistan on specialties to which they studied in the highest military educational institution, or on similar specialties according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.";
