"Article 354.1. Rehabilitation of Nazism
1. Denial of the facts determined by sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis, approval of the crimes established by the specified sentence, and is equal distribution of obviously false data on activities of the USSR in the years of World War II, made publicly, -
are punished by penalty at the rate to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to two years, or forced labor for a period of up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
2. The same acts which are commited by person with use of the official position or with use of mass media, and it is equal with artificial creation of proofs of accusation, -
are punished by penalty at the rate from hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to three years, or forced labor for a period of up to five years, or imprisonment for the same term with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.
3. Distribution of the data on the days of military glory and memorials of Russia connected with protection of the Fatherland expressing explicit disrespect for society, and is equal defilement of symbols of military glory of Russia, made publicly, -
