About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan

2. Item 12 of Article 8 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About the local executive authority", adopted on May 10, 2010 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, No. 2, Art. 33; 2012, No. 1, to the Art. 15) to state in the following edition:
