About urban electric transportation and the subway

For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are applied:
the ticket – the travel document on paper used in urban electric transportation and (or) the subway;
urban electric transportation – the mode of transport set in motion by the traction electric motor and representing set of trolleybuses, including trolleybuses with the increased autonomous course, trams (further – vehicles of urban electric transportation) and communications of urban electric transportation;
counter – the travel document used in the subway;
communications of urban electric transportation – roads, streets and drives of the cities (settlements), lines of urban electric transportation, and also constructions intended for storage, maintenance and repair of vehicles of urban electric transportation;
communications of the subway – subway lines, and also constructions intended for storage, maintenance and repair of electric trains of the subway (further – vehicles of the subway);
lines of urban electric transportation – the railway lines, contact networks, other constructions and devices having land (elevated) arrangement and used in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers by urban electric transportation;
subway lines – the railway lines, other constructions and devices isolated from roads, streets and drives of the cities (settlements), having mainly underground arrangement and used in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers by the subway;
the subway – the mode of transport representing set of vehicles of the subway and communications of the subway;
