Article 1

Bring in article 3 of the Federal Law of May 7, 2013 No. 92-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Traffic Safety" and the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 19, Art. 2319; No. 44, Art. 5624) following changes:

Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The paragraph forty third Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective after one year after day of official publication of this Federal Law.";

To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The paragraph of the thirty eighth of Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective since June 1, 2015.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
