Article 1

"Article 19

1. For the purpose of ensuring participation in the relations of civil circulation the legal entities having civil legal capacity who took according to constituent documents the location of permanent executive body or in case of absence of permanent executive body - other body or person having the right to act on behalf of the legal entity without power of attorney in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol on the date of acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea, the federal city of Sevastopol and education as a part of the Russian Federation new subjects (except for legal entities whose property is in property of public legal entity, or legal entities whose member is the public legal entity), can bring the constituent documents into accord with the legislation of the Russian Federation and file petition for entering of information about them into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities till January 1, 2015.
