Funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital are allocated for repayment of principal debt and interest payment on the loans on acquisition (construction) of premises granted citizens according to the loan agreement on acquisition (construction) of premises signed with one of the organizations which is:

a) credit institution according to the Federal Law "About Banks and Banking Activity";

b) the microfinancial organization according to the Federal Law "About Microfinancial Activities and the Microfinancial Organizations";

c) credit consumer cooperative according to the Federal Law "About Credit Cooperation";

d) other organization performing provision of loan according to the loan agreement according to which obligation fulfillment is provided with mortgage.";

"h) the document confirming receipt of money according to the loan agreement signed according to requirements, stipulated in Item 3(1) these rules by their non-cash transfer to the account opened by person who received the certificate or his spouse (spouse) in credit institution.".
