About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2008 No. 231

1.1. in the name of the resolution and Item 1:
shall be replaced with words the word of "waste" "dangerous wastes";
shall be replaced with words the words "and (or) their transit" "or their movements by transit";
1.2. in Regulations on procedure of payments of the amount of the pledge of money which is subject to introduction by the owner of waste or person authorized by it in the republican budget when implementing import of waste to the Republic of Belarus and (or) their transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus and also the procedure for entering of such pledge into the republican budget and its return approved by this resolution:
in the name of the Provision and Item 1:
shall be replaced with words the word of "waste" "dangerous wastes";
shall be replaced with words the words "and (or) their transit" "or their movements by transit";
