About modification and amendments in Regulations on the treatment of radioactive waste

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the subitem b) parts (2) article 51 of the Law No. 132 of June 8, 2012 on safe implementation of nuclear and radiological activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 229-233, 739), the Integrated Convention on safe handling of the fulfilled fuel and on safe handling of radioactive waste ratified by the Law No. 111-XVIII of December 18, 2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 652), the Government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on the treatment of radioactive waste approved by the Order of the Government No. 388 of June 26, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 110-111, 456) to make the following changes and additions:

In all text of the Provision syntagma of "The law on safe implementation of nuclear and radiological activities No. 111-XVI of May 11, 2006" shall be replaced with words 1) "current legislation", and words of "capacity of dose of gamma radiation" shall be replaced with words "capacities of ambiyentalny dose of gamma radiation" in the corresponding case;

2) item 4:

in the subitem h) shall be replaced with words the word "burials" "dead storage";
