Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 1, 2005 No. 53-FZ "About state language of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 23, Art. 2199; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477) following changes:

Part 6 of Article 1 after words of "literary language" to add 1) with words "(including strong language)";

2) in Article 3:

a) in part 1:

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9) in products of mass media;";

add with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) in case of displays of movies in cinema halls;";

add with Item 9.2 of the following content:

"9. 2) in case of public performances of literary works, arts, folk art by means of holding theatrical and spectacular, cultural and educational, spectacular and entertaining actions;";

b) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. In the spheres specified in Items 9, 9.1, 9.2 and 10 of part of 1 this Article and in other cases provided by the Federal Laws along with state language of the Russian Federation state languages of the republics which are in structure of the Russian Federation, other languages of the people of the Russian Federation, and in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, also foreign languages can be used.";

Item 7 of Article 4 to add 3) with words ", including behind use of the words and expressions which are not meeting standards of the modern Russian literary language by the organization of conducting independent examination".
