Part chetvertuyu.1 Article 79 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4.1. By consideration of the petition of the convict for parole from serving sentence the court considers behavior of the convict, its relation to study and work during the entire period of serving sentence, including the available encouragement and penalties, the relation of the convict to committed act and the fact that the convict in parts or in full indemnified the caused loss or otherwise was smoothed down by the harm done as a result of crime and also the conclusion of administration of correctional facility about feasibility of its parole.
