1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Instruction about work of law-enforcement bodies on licensing of the legal entities and physical persons applying for implementation of security activities, installation, adjustment, maintenance of means of the security alarm system and to conducting checks of their activities;

2) Governed on conducting checks of security guards and employees of security divisions.

2. To chiefs of Main Departments of Internal Affairs of the cities of Astana and Almaty, Head departments and Departments of Internal Affairs of areas:

1) to organize studying of this Order by the staff of the relevant services, with acceptance of offsettings and to provide its strict execution;
