RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATIZATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2009 No. 22 and of August 4, 2010 No. 14

Based on subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2009 No. 22 "About approval of the Instruction about organizational and technical interaction of operators of telecommunication in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 172, 8/21171);

the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2010 No. 14 "About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2009 No. 22 and recognition No. 32 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2006" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 198, 8/22681).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
