Make change to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 29, 2014 No. 33 "About approval of the basic standard rate of assignment of the part of profit directed to dividend payout by results of financial and economic activities in 2013 of economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 13, of the Art. 397, No. 34, of the Art. 908), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"For economic societies of electric power industry concerning which state regulation of the prices and rates is performed to approve the basic standard rate in the amount of 30 percent.".
