About entering of amendment into article 16 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998

Article 16 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998 (1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with parts (5) and (6) in the following edition:
"(5) the Maximum share of the expenses provided on compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations performing the activities within system of compulsory medical insurance, and also the principles and criteria of determination of coefficient of frequency rate are established annually, separately by types of medical care, by negotiations between the Ministry of Health, the National company of medical insurance, industrial trade union.
(6) the Tariff charge for the I qualification employee category of the public medical and sanitary organizations performing the activities within system of compulsory medical insurance is established annually by the law on funds of compulsory medical insurance depending on financial opportunities of funds of compulsory medical insurance.".
