About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

Based on article 31 of the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 and article 8 of the Law No. 241-XVI of October 20, 2005 on the prevention and suppression of human trafficking the Government DECIDES:

1. Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the Order of the Government No. 472 of March 26, 2008 "About statement of staff of National committee on suppression of human trafficking and Regulations on National committee" (2008, 453), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 69-71, in the following edition:

"1-1. Activities of National committee are promoted by permanent secretariat of National committee on fight against human trafficking, division of the State office.

1-2. The chief of permanent secretariat takes up also position of the secretary of National committee on fight against human trafficking".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 657 of November 6, 2009 "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To replace 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "234" with figures "239";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) the subitem k) Item 7 to state in the following edition:

"j) provides organizational and information assistance to National council on award of the State award, the National commission on consultations and collective bargainings, National council on protection of the rights of the child, National committee on fight against human trafficking";
