About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law establishes the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic, their description and procedure for official use.
Article 1. The state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic are:
1) National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic;
3) National anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 2. Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also persons which are in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic shall honor the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Persons guilty of violation of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic bear responsibility according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Deep respect for the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic - patriotic debt of each citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 3. National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic is made of squared panel of red color in which center the image of round solar disk with forty regularly dispersing direct beams of golden color, with the image of tyundyuk of the Kyrgyz yurta of red color placed in solar disk is placed. Width of flag constitutes three fifth of its lengths.
Approve the image of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and its image, irrespective of their sizes, shall correspond in accuracy to color and schematic images of standard of the National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic which is stored in the residence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Production of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic is made by the legal entities having the corresponding permission the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
