1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Almaty state institute of enhancement of doctors" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to "Kazakh Medical University of Life-long Education" joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of society educational and scientific activities in the field of health care.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide forming of the authorized capital of society at the expense of property of the reorganized company.

4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of society to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
