For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of guardianship and custody" of September 24, 2013 No. 522 the following amendment:
in Regulations on the guardianship and custody approved by the above-named resolution:
- add Item 7 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"-criminal record having not removed or not extinguished in the procedure established by the legislation.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
