About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Voided according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 13.04.2017 No. 58
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About mass media" (the Svobodnye Gory newspaper of August 4, 1992 No. 99) the following changes and amendment:
1. In all text of the Law in official language of the word "Republic Kyrgyzstan" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "the Kyrgyz Republic" in the corresponding cases.
2. Add Chapter III with Article 18-1 of the following content:
"Article 18-1. Placement (distribution) of advertizing
Placement (distribution) of media advertizing is performed according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on advertizing.".
3. To state the subitem "e" of Article 23 in the following edition:
"e) promotion of drugs, psychotropic substances, offers of bodies and (or) tissues of the person, pornographic materials, printing editions, images or other objects of pornographic nature; information directed to involvement of the potential victims in human trafficking, services of sexual nature including under the guise of psychological assistance, communication, relaxation, massage, pleasant pastime under the guise of legal activities, acquaintance to the purpose of the further introduction in the sexual relations;".
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About advertizing" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 195) the following amendments:
1. To add Item 5 of Article 1 after words of "business activity" with words ", except for the restrictions provided by this Law".
2. Add Article 16 with Item 9 following contents:
