Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 248) the following amendments and changes:

2. To state Item 2 of Article 25 in the following edition:

"2. The right to control of vehicles is granted:

- caterpillar and wheel tractors with the engine capacity to 25,7 of kW (category "A") - to persons which reached sixteen-year age;

- wheel tractors with the engine capacity from 25,7 to 77,2 of kW (category "B") - to the persons which reached seventeen-year age, having allowing mark in the column "A";
