About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72

For the purpose of streamlining of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 26, 1/12374; No. 84, 1/12711; 2011, No. 93, 1/12766; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.02. 2013, 1/14044) following changes and amendments:

1.1. to state paragraph two of the Section "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" in the following edition:

"Services in maintenance (the customs escort obligatory for maintenance) of the goods and (or) vehicles moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus with road transport, and also services in obligatory maintenance of the protected loads moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus by rail";

1.2. the Section "Ministry of Architecture" after the word of "objects" to add with words "(except for constructions of highways, bridges and tunnels)";

1.3. in the Section "Ministry of Economics":

to add the paragraph of the eighth with words "(according to the lists determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus)";

the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Services in servicing and operation of airways of the message, air traffic control and other aeronautical services (according to the list determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus)";

1.4. after the Section "Ministry of Agriculture" to add appendix with the Section of the following content:
