Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for preparation and participation of the national teams of teams in Paralympic and Deflimpiysky Games approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 132 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 570; 2012, No. 61, Art. 2474; 2013, No. 90, Art. 3310):

1) Item 3 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) payment in 2014 of monetary rewards to trainers of athletes - champions and prize-winners of the XXII summer Deflimpiysky games which played in 2013.";

2) in Item 6 of the word "Procedure for servicing of the government budget on expenses and transactions on provision and return of the loans granted at the expense of means of the government budget approved by the State Treasury" shall be replaced with words "Procedure for treasurer servicing of the government budget on the expenses approved by the Ministry of Finance".

2. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for financial support of public organizations of the sports direction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2011 No. 294 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 22, Art. 913; 2012, No. 15, Art. 555, No. 81, Art. 3258; 2013, No. 90, Art. 3310):

Item 3.1 to exclude 1);

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 7 of the word "according to the procedure, established by Treasury" "in the procedure established by the legislation".
