Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 5, the Art. 157) the following amendment:
Add the Section II with Article 12-6 of the following content:
"Article 12-6. Collection for entrance of vehicles of foreign states on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic
1. In case of entrance on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of vehicles of foreign states collection is levied.
2. The procedure for collection and the amount of collection are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
This Law becomes effective after the expiration of 15 days from the date of official publication.
