About entering of amendment into the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following amendment:
to add Item 1 of Article 89 with the paragraph third the following content:
"Legal entities with private pattern of ownership have no right to use in the name names of the state (municipal) bodies, and also job titles relating to political (special) and highest managerial state positions.".
Article 2. The legal entities with private pattern of ownership using names of the state (municipal) bodies in the name and also job titles relating to political (special) and highest managerial state positions shall within year from coming into force of this Law according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of registration of legal entities, to change the name.
The legal entities who did not pass the state re-registration in connection with change of the name in accordance with the established procedure within year from coming into force of this Law are subject to involuntary liquidation by court based on the corresponding statement of the state body performing functions of state registration of legal entities.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
