About introduction of amendments to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances" about features of state registration of the property rights to the real estate units finished with construction till August 5, 1992

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 18, Art. 141; 2014, 12, the Art. 178) to add No. with part three of the following content:

"3. For implementation of state registration of the property rights, with the subsequent issue of the appropriate certificate about the property right, on objects (individual (farmstead) apartment houses, garden, country houses, economic (home) buildings and constructions, extensions to them) which are located in the territories of village councils and which are finished with construction till August 5, 1992 carrying out technical inventory count is not required. The document that replaces technical data sheet in case of its absence, is the statement from the pokhozyaystvenny book which is provided by executive body of village council (if such body is not created, - rural by the head) or the relevant archive organization.

For implementation of state registration of the property rights to the specified real estate objects as the document certifying the corporeal rights to the parcels of land under such objects can be also considered the decision of the relevant village council on transfer (provision) of the parcel of land to use or property.
