About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" rather early termination of powers of members of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 265; 2006, No. 18, Art. 155 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of February 23, 2014 No. 767-VII) the following changes:

1. In Article 8:

add part one with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) initiatives of the subject of appointment by results of consideration of the report of National council.";

add with part four of the following content:

"4. In case, stipulated in Item 9 parts one of this Article, the decision on early termination of powers of the member of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting are accepted by the President of Ukraine - issuing the relevant decree, or the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - accepting the relevant resolution.".

2. The fifth Article 16 to state part in the following edition:

"5. Behind results of consideration of the report of National council the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as the subject of appointment can make the decision on unsatisfactory assessment of activities of the member (members) of National council from part of structure of the National council appointed by it that has the investigation early termination of powers of the member (members) of National council from this part of structure of National council.

In case of unsatisfactory assessment of activities of the member (members) of National council by results of consideration of the report the President of Ukraine as the subject of appointment can stop ahead of schedule powers of the member (members) of National council from part of structure of the National council appointed of".
