About introduction of amendments to article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About election of the president of Ukraine" concerning reduction of the minimum number of members of precinct election commissions

1. Bring in article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About election of the president of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 20-21, of Art. 291 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

Part one in paragraph one the word of "twelve" to replace 1) with the word of "nine";

2) in part eight of the word "less than twelve people, the precinct election commission will be formed by district electoral commission on representation of its chairman based on proposals of members of this commission in number of twelve people" shall be replaced with words "less than nine people, the precinct election commission is formed by district electoral commission on representation of its chairman based on proposals of members of this commission in number of nine people".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
