About introduction of amendments to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the eighth article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 4, Art. 20; 2013, No. 14, the Art. 89) to exclude Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. Part thirteen of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324; 2012, 39, the Art. 472) to add No. with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:

"To faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine - for the entire period of their service".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction of their regulatory legal acts by the central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
