About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning application of amnesty in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About amnesty in 2014":

The Items and "v" to state 2) in the following edition:

The Items "and", "g" and "e" of part one to exclude 1);

Part the second to state 2) in the following edition:

"Amnesty is also not applied to persons condemned for premeditated murder; tortures; violent donorship; illegal imprisonment or kidnapping if at the same time there was causing death or the serious bodily assault which entailed death";

Part the fourth to exclude 3).
