About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on accomplishment of the Action plan on liberalization of visa regime by the European Union for Ukraine concerning responsibility of legal entities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. General part of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the Section XIV.1 of the following content:

"Section XIV.1. Measures of criminal and legal nature concerning legal entities

Article 96.3. The bases for application to legal entities of measures of criminal and legal nature

1. The bases for application to the legal entity of measures of criminal and legal nature is making by its authorized person or according to the order or the order, on collusion and in partnership, or some other way:

1) from name and for the benefit of the legal entity of any of the crimes provided by Articles 209, of 306, parts one and the second Article 368. 3, parts one and second Article 368. 4, Articles 369, 369.2 of this Code;

2) on behalf of the legal entity of any of the crimes provided by Articles 258-258.5 of this Code;

3) from name and for the benefit of the legal entity of any of the crimes provided by Articles 109, of 110, of 113, of 146, of 147, of 160, of 260, of 262, of 436, of 437, of 438, of 442, of 444, of the 447th of this Code.

Note 1. It is necessary to understand officials of the legal entity, and also other persons who according to the law, constituent documents of the legal entity or the agreement have the right to act on behalf of the legal entity as authorized persons of the legal entity.
