About the Jobs creation program and employment of the population for 2014
The legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Approve the Jobs creation program introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and employment of the population for 2014.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
take necessary measures for creation in 2014 of 983,6 of one thousand new workplaces by the territories and the directions (industries) of employment;
provide program implementation of creation of workplaces and employment of the population for 2014 taking into account the features of demographic development, employment of youth for the first time entering on the labor market, the current and perspective demands of the labor market, labor demand in connection with development of the industry, construction, agricultural industry and other industries of economy, service industry and service, small businesses, family entrepreneurship due to continuation of program implementation about priorities of development of the industry in 2011 - 2015, programs of upgrade, technical and technological rearmament of industries of economy, the Investing program, the Program of localization of production, territorial programs of industrial development.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and city of Tashkent:
provide accomplishment of the main directions and parameters of the Jobs creation program and employment of the population for 2014 in the corresponding territory;
pay special attention on the prevention of unemployment by implementation of active measures in the labor market, including rendering services in occupational retraining and employment by the unemployed, to the graduates of professional colleges, persons dismissed from compulsory military service, to the citizens who lost work owing to structural changes in economy, to disabled people, having many children and lonely persons, the victims of human trafficking with ensuring execution of all adopted acts of the legislation on development of industries and the territories of the republic, the organization of family and private entrepreneurship;
