About renaming of public institution "Professional development course of personnel of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" both modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Rename public institution "Professional development course of personnel of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" into public institution "Professional development course of personnel of the social and labor sphere" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - public institution).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide re-registration of public institution in judicial authorities;

2) to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.09.2014 No. 1005

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2008 No. 339 "About approval of limits of the number of staff of the ministries and other central executive bodies taking into account the number of their territorial authorities and public institutions subordinated to them":
