Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of leave to persons allowed to degree of the candidate of science or doctor of science.

Rules of provision of leave to persons allowed to degree of the candidate of science or doctor of science

1. These rules establish procedure for provision of leave to persons allowed to degree of the candidate of science or doctor of science (further respectively - the job seeker, leave).

2. Leave is granted for the account and within means of the employer on principle place of employment of the job seeker with preserving the average salary lasting respectively 3 and 6 months for preparation for defense of a thesis for degree of the candidate of science or doctor of science (further - the thesis).

3. The job seeker notifies the employer on intention to exercise the right to leave provision in writing not later than one year before expected leave start date.

4. Leave is granted to the job seeker based on the order (order) of the employer.

5. Within 10 working days from the date of decision of council on protection of theses at degree of the candidate of science, at degree of the doctor of science (further - dissertation council) about acceptance of the thesis to protection the job seeker represents to the employer the statement from the solution of dissertation council on acceptance of the thesis to protection and the leave request with indication of its duration.
