For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About registration at the place of residence and in the place of stay" of April 19, 2013" of May 16, 2013 the No. 897 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 621-IVQD:

1. Make the following changes to Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2012 No. 5 - "Rules of the organization of operation of the Interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 2012, No. 1, Article 29):

1.1. in subitem 4.4.1.1 after words to "residence" to add the word of "the citizen who is not registered at the place of residence";

1.2. add subitems 4.4.1.1-1 and 4.4.1.1-2 of the following content:
