Make the following changes to the "Regulations on National council of television and radio" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 5, 2002 No. 795 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 10, Article 591; 2005, No. 3, Article 173, No. 4, Article 295; 2008, No. 10, Article 888; 2009, No. 2, Article 78; 2010, No. 3, Article 189; 2011, No. 2, Article 79; 2015, No. 2, Article 118):

1. give subitem 8.11 in the following edition:

"8.11. petitions before court for cancellation of special permission (license) in the cases established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About TV and radio broadcasting";";

2. add with subitem 8.11-1 in the following edition:

"8.11-1. In case of violation by television and radio broadcasting companies of rules and conditions of special permission (license) or requirements of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About TV and radio broadcasting", temporarily suspends special permission (license) or broadcasting any of programs for up to one month, and in the cases established by the specified Law terminates special permission (license);".
