About procedure for enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Enact the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (3543-12) from the moment of its publication.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
submit proposals on entering into legal acts of the changes and amendments following from this Law in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
develop in three-months time the project of the Regulations on mobilization preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming created according to the legislation of Ukraine and about procedure for carrying out mobilization and give to its President of Ukraine on approval.
3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
together with the Prosecutor General's Office, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Arbitration Court of Ukraine to submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals on modification and amendments in the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001-05, 2002-05), the Code of penal procedure of Ukraine (1001-05, 1002-05, 1003-05), the Arbitral Procedure Code of Ukraine (1798-12) about responsibility of the officials guilty of violation of the law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (3543-12);
together with the National Bank of Ukraine to submit in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals on modification and amendments in the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" (872-12) concerning the mechanism of crediting of actions, povjjyazany with mobilization preparation and mobilization.
4. Before reduction of the legislation of Ukraine in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (3543-1) the existing acts of the legislation on these questions are applied if they do not contradict the specified Law.
