About introduction of amendments to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399; 2005, No. No. 17-19, Art. 267; 2006, No. 30, Art. 258 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 27, 2014 No. 1169-VII) the following changes:

third to state part in the following edition:

"To pensioners from among military personnel and persons who receive pension under this Law in case of their appeal on military service during partial or general mobilization, for the special period in the Armed Forces of Ukraine formed according to the laws of Ukraine other military forming, bodies and divisions of civil protection pension payment for the period of such service does not stop. After dismissal from service of these persons payment of pensions to them is performed taking into account additional length of service since their repeated acceptance on service about day of demobilization or release. If the new size of pension of these persons is lower than the size which they received before repeated acceptance them on service, payment of pensions to them is performed in the amount of which they received to appeal or acceptance on service in connection with mobilization, for the special period";

"The procedure for storage specified in part three of this Article, charges and pension payments extends to pensioners from among the military personnel and persons receiving pension under this Law, employed to positions of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and divisions of patrol service of militia of special function".
