About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning payment of the one-time monetary assistance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399; 2006, No. 37, Art. 318; 2007, No. 33, Art. 442; 2009 No. 24, Art. 296; 2012, Art. No. 12-13, 82, No. 22, Art. 216; 2013, No. 14, Art. 89; 2014, 80, No. 11, the Art. 132) to add Art. No. 6-7, with part eight of the following content:

"Operation of this article does not extend to persons who as of March 16, 2014 served in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, except persons who in accordance with the established procedure continued service outside temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine".

2. Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2006, No. 37, Art. 318; 2012, Art. No. 12-13, 82, No. 22, Art. 216; 2013, No. 14, Art. 89; 2014, 11, Art. 132 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 27, 2014 No. 1169-VII) to add No. with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"The one-time monetary assistance provided by this Item is not paid to the military personnel who as of March 16, 2014 served in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and in accordance with the established procedure did not continue its passing outside temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine".
