About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning protection of the rights of investors

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

Part one of Article 41 to add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) terminations of powers of officials";

Article 44 to add 2) with the words "in case of the termination of the employment contract on the bases specified in Item 5 parts one of Article 41,-in the amount of at least six-months average earnings";

Part the fourth Article 130 to state 3) in the following edition:

"The damage liability belonging to the category of standard production and economic risk and also for the harm done by the worker who was in emergency condition cannot be conferred on workers. Responsibility for the profit received by the company, organization, the organization can be assigned only to the workers who are officials";

Article 132 part one after the word "workers" to add 4) with the words "except the workers who are officials";

"Excessive money payments" to add 5) in Item 2 of article 133 after words with the word to "workers", and of "release of poor-quality products, plunders, destruction and spoil of material, cash or cultural values" to exclude words.

2. In part four of article 89 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) the words "and constituent documents of society" to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

3. Part third of Article 99 of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, 356) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 40-44, in the following edition:

"3. Powers of the member of executive body can be stopped at any time or he can be suspended from execution of the powers".
