About innovative cluster "Astana Hub"
This Law determines legal status of innovative cluster "Astana the Hub".
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) acceleration - process of preparation and training of subjects of innovative activities for the purpose of intensive development of their innovative projects;
2) autonomous cluster fund "Astana Hub" (further - Fund) - the non-profit organization created by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and performing functions, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) innovative cluster "Astana the Hub" (further - innovative cluster) - consolidation of the participants of innovative cluster designed to stimulate innovative activities, including in the field of information and communication technologies, by interaction and joint use of the available opportunities, knowledge sharing and experience, carrying out researches, effective technology transfer, establishing stable partner relations and distribution of information;
4) the project of the participant of innovative cluster "Astana the Hub" (further - the project of the participant of innovative cluster) - complex of the actions directed to creation or enhancement of the productions, technologies, goods, works and services realized during certain term of time;
4-1) participants "Astana the Hub" - the legal entities registered as participants "Astana the Hub" according to the procedure, determined by authorized body in the field of informatization;
4-2) special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" - the special economic zone in industry of information and communication and innovative technologies created according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special economic and industrial zones;
