About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About standardization"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 30, 2013

Article 1. Part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About standardization" of February 8, 2012 to add ZR-21-N (further - the Law) with Item 7.1 of the following content:

"7. 1) the standard of the organization – the standard accepted by legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs;".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 9 of the Law with item 4 of the following content:

"Approves 4) and represents qualifiers of technical and economic and social information and change in them on state registration.".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 13 of the Law with Items 5 and 6 of the following content:

"5) qualifiers of technical and economic and social information;

6) standards of the organization.".

Article 4. Add the law with Articles 15.1 and 15.2 of the following content:

"Article 15.1. Qualifiers of technical and economic and social information

1. Development, approval, maintaining and use of qualifiers of technical and economic and social information is performed according to requirements of National system of standardization.

2. The international, interstate qualifiers or qualifiers of other states can be used in the Republic of Armenia according to requirements of National system of standardization.

3. Qualifiers of technical and economic and social information and change in them are subject to approval by authorized state body and state registration.

Article 15.2. Standards of the organization

1. Standards of the organization are developed, accepted, make changes to them, declare them invalid and legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs register. Standards of the organization are developed for the purpose of establishment of technical requirements and regulations of products, and also the organization and enhancement of production.

2. Standards of the organization shall not contradict the requirements established by technical regulations.".
