About modification and amendments in the Regulations on permission of the conclusion of some transactions insurers (overcautious persons) approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 10/9 of March 15, 2013.

In the Regulations on permission of the conclusion of some transactions insurers (overcautious persons) approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 10/9 of March 15, 2013. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 96a, the Art. 516a) to make the following changes and additions:

1) In Item 10 the subitem 5) to change and state in the following edition:

"5) the list of societies in which commercial society in which investment is performed directly or indirectly owns at least 25% of the authorized capital, with indication of the shares belonging to it.".

To add 2) After Item 10 with Item 10-1 of the following content:

"10-1. In departure from Item 10, in case of acquisition by the insurer (overcautious person) of the shares included in listing of Stock exchange more than 15% of equity of the insurer (overcautious person) in the authorized capital of commercial society are enclosed to the application for issue of preliminary permission to investment submitted in the National commission the documents provided in subitems of 9)-12) of Item 10.".
