About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of the procedure of state registration of the termination of business activity of physical persons - entrepreneurs by the declarative principle

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 166.6:

the seventh to exclude part;

in parts eight - the tenth the words "or business activity of the physical person-the entrepreneur" and figures to exclude;

state Article 59 in the following edition:

"Article 59. Termination of the company

1. The termination of the company is performed according to the law";

exclude Articles 60 and 61.

3. Article 50.1 of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

4. In the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263 with subsequent changes):
